ofsted inspection nominee training

how to be a successful nominee through all the stages of inspection

Course Overview

This Ofsted nominee training course supports existing, new, developing and shadow inspection nominees to understand what it means to be a successful nominee under the renewed inspection framework and methodology.

The course focuses on the role of the nominee at the planning stage, during the inspection on site and after the inspection has concluded. Delegates will gain a clear understanding of how inspections are planned, how inspection activity unfolds in practice, and how nominees can use professional dialogue and collaboration to influence the inspection process appropriately and effectively.
