Our services
The following are some of the key areas where we offer bespoke services. We also provide support during inspection and can deliver training in-house specifically tailored to your needs and your teaching staff’s professional development.
Self-assessment and evaluation
We support providers to evaluate their provision accurately and with confidence, ensuring alignment with the renewed inspection framework.
Our work includes support with the design and structure of self-assessment, as well as coaching to help leaders identify, evidence and articulate the most impactful strengths of their provision clearly. A well-judged self-assessment can reduce uncertainty, minimise risk at inspection, and provide a strong foundation for improvement.
Quality improvement
We support providers on their quality improvement journey, from responding to inspection outcomes to addressing emerging or ongoing areas for development.
Using our up-to-date sector knowledge and a clear understanding of what constitutes strong quality of education and training, we help leaders design focused, realistic quality improvement plans and prioritise actions that will have the greatest impact for learners.
Inclusion strategy
We have first-hand expertise in Ofsted’s new inclusion inspection evaluation area.
We support providers to develop inclusion strategies that meet the needs of their learners and reflect their unique context. Our approach helps ensure that inclusion is not treated as a standalone topic, but as a meaningful and embedded part of leadership, delivery and evaluation across the provision.
Developing governance
We offer a range of support activities to help providers develop and maintain effective governance arrangements.
This includes advice on strengthening governance structures, supporting boards to understand their role under the renewed framework, and helping governors provide effective oversight, challenge and support. Where necessary, we can also increase governance capacity directly.
Strategic development of FES provision types
We support the strategic development of all Further Education and Skills provision types, including high needs provision, apprenticeships, adult learning programmes, education for young people, prison education and training and education in the secure estate including Young Offender Institutions.
